The Philadelphia Museum of Art puts together a summer-long community and family creative experience in the Perelman Building. Art Splash brings together over 40,000 creative families of all types to explore the exhibitions, collaborate with local artists on activities and craft and learn about the world of art.
I was asked to create the illustrated visuals for 2019 Art Splash, as well as reimagine the event’s logo. Used in brochures, signage, way-finding, activities and more the illustrations became icons for the Summer program. Through the activity hallway I created 3D wooden figurines of art supplies that hung out on shelves above each activity center. as well as oversized art supplies for the kids to interact with.
